Bringing 30 years of corporate experience, I partner with business leaders, especially in small to medium size firms and not-for-profits, to help them define clear success factors for managers and employees, hire the right people and keep them fully engaged and productive. We work together on identifying and developing leaders.
Once you’ve defined success, you’ve set the stage for your staff to understand and play their roles to peak performance. I use a variety of tools to direct them: Experiential workshops, assessments, one-on-one or group coaching, or facilitating strategic planning meetings. All programs are geared toward your organization and your particular needs.
